GENERAL TERMS

Introduction

(a) This website (ardenskinspa.com) is operated and managed by Arden Skin SPA. Your access to the Site—and to all related online tools, features, content, and services, including the appointment-booking platform—is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) as well as all applicable laws. These Terms outline important limitations on Arden Skin SPA’s responsibilities and specify the conditions under which you may use the Service. By browsing, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you—on behalf of yourself and any authorized individuals (“User,” “you,” or “your”)—agree to be bound by this Agreement. Individually, you and Arden Skin SPA may be referred to as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.”

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND POSSESS THE LEGAL CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO AND BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

(b) Arden Skin SPA may, at any time and without prior notice:
(I) update or revise these Terms and other policies or procedures;
(II) modify or relocate its systems, software, or equipment; or
(III) change, discontinue, or replace any aspect of the Service, including products, materials, or databases.

Any modifications will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date on this Agreement. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

(c) Arden Skin SPA strives to provide accurate descriptions of the professional services offered by licensed practitioners and any third-party products displayed on the Site. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Arden Skin SPA does not guarantee that descriptions or other Site content are error-free, complete, current, or fully accurate.

Services

(a) The Service allows Users to request and book certain treatments and procedures provided by licensed medical or aesthetic professionals. ARDEN SKIN SPA DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES OR MEDICAL ADVICE. ONLY LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS ARE PERMITTED TO DO SO. Your use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to obtain any treatment from a licensed provider. We strongly encourage Users to consult their own healthcare professionals before scheduling any medical or aesthetic service through Arden Skin SPA’s booking platform. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR CONTACT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IMMEDIATELY.

(b) Subject to these Terms, Arden Skin SPA will make the Service available for your intended use. Arden Skin SPA is not obligated to support the Service if:
(I) you alter or modify the Service or any of its components without written permission;
(II) issues arise due to factors outside of Arden Skin SPA’s control, including incorrect or incomplete user data; or
(III) errors occur because you are using unsupported systems, environments, or platforms.

(c) If the Service includes third-party software licensed to Arden Skin SPA, you must comply with any additional terms governing that software once Arden Skin SPA notifies you of them. You also acknowledge that Arden Skin SPA may subcontract certain hosting or operational services, and any service levels established by such third-party providers will apply.

User IDs

If you create an account, you must provide a valid email address and select a password (“User ID”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User ID. Any activities conducted under your User ID will be treated as actions taken by you, unless the credentials were obtained directly from Arden Skin SPA by an unauthorized third party. Sharing your User ID is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

Proprietary Rights

(a) You acknowledge that Arden Skin SPA owns all proprietary rights to the Service, the underlying technology (“Technology”), and all materials made available through the Service (“Content”). Content includes, but is not limited to: text, graphics, images, data, documents, software, layout, interactive features, and all other materials accessible through the Site.

Content may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. Arden Skin SPA reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, without any obligation to update or revise Content unless required by law. A posted “last updated” date does not imply that all Content has been modified.
